Clearway is a sliding-bar puzzle game for iPhone published by SOLI. In short: Clearway has no account, no advertising and no tracking, and keeps your progress on your device. The only data that leaves your device is a record of purchase events, sent to Unity Technologies by the purchase system the game uses (see section 2).
Your progress (levels completed, first-time cards seen) and your settings (sound, music, vibration, language) are saved only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them, unless your device's own backup restores them.
The "Full game" purchase is handled by the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The App Store tells the app whether you own the Full game, so it can unlock the chapters, and the app remembers that on your device.
The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing, by Unity Technologies, to talk to the store. When a purchase is started, paid, confirmed or fails, it sends Unity a record of that event: the product and transaction identifiers, the app's identifier and install date, a device identifier (the identifier for vendor), the device model, system version and language settings. It is used to process and measure purchases, not for advertising, and it is not linked to your name or used to track you across apps. Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports (device model, iOS version, technical details of the crash). They do not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Clearway is suitable for all ages. Nothing leaves the device unless a purchase is made or restored, as described above.
We hold no personal data that identifies you. To ask about the purchase records Unity holds, or to request their deletion, write to us and we will forward your request.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
